1) If we look at the words "bubble bath" together, it represents ultimate relaxation. Think of it as a releasing of the worries and negative feelings. Now with someone there with you in the tub may symbolize if you want to be at your best with her or resolve bad blood with her. If she's outside the tub, this may represent she is either a cause or a by-product of your worries.

2) If we look at the words separately as "bubble" and "bath", this would indicated something different. If your dream placed more emphasis on "bubbles", this might be a way of you wanting a simpler time of childhood or wanting something that could be unrealistic; this may also mean disappointment if you decided to follow up on your wish.
